Nice place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cute bar area. The staff once helped me find dining options, which I still remember fondly. I can’t wait to return for Christmas!

I enjoyed my stay with a lovely, spacious room, complete with comfortable amenities and easy access features. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, which made for a pleasant arrival experience. The atmosphere was warm, and I especially appreciated the good quality meal in the restaurant. the room lighting could be improved for better visibility.

The lighting in the room is far too dim for practical use!!! The outdated bathrooms require urgent refurbishment!!! it would be wise to reconsider the chaotic breakfast service to improve guest satisfaction!!!

The En Suite Double Room had a cozy vibe with a clean and spacious layout. Proximity to Stansted Airport was fantastic, only a five-minute drive away, which was ideal for our early morning flight.

Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired. The pub atmosphere appeared quite run down, with food quality being a letdown. our meals were not just overpriced but also poorly prepared. While there were no major complaints about the room itself, some minor issues like inconsistent hot water and noise from the car park detracted from the overall comfort.

Request a room away from the toilet entrance for quieter dining.

We had a lovely stay here! The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to help us. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed some great drinks from the bar and the food was on point! Just wish the parking was a bit easier, but everything else was fab!

Family with kids will love it here

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Jacob who spent time chatting with us while we waited for our meals. The menu had some fantastic choices, and the jumbo prawns we had as a starter were just insane, perfectly cooked on a lovely bed of risotto.

It wasn’t budget-friendly, but the experience made it worth it.
